Shipping policy

1. Shipping times

We will prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

2. Areas

We currently ship to the following countries: All EU countries, Switzerland, UK, South Korea, USA

3. Shipping method and delivery time

We mainly use DHL as our shipping service provider. The delivery time depends on the parcel service provider and is usually 1-4 working days within Germany.

4. Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed and depend on the destination of the shipment:

Germany: 4,99 €

EU countries: 9,90 €

Switzerland 9,90 CHF

USA: 39 USD

South Korea: 19,90 €

 We do not charge shipping costs within Germany for orders over €150.

5. Shipment tracking

You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and usually a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

6. Damaged or lost orders

If you find that a shipment has arrived damaged, please refuse to accept it from the parcel delivery service and notify us immediately at info@y-mount.de. If you have not received the goods you ordered and the tracking information provided does not yield any results, please also notify us.

7. Customs duties and import taxes

If customs duties or import taxes are incurred for shipments abroad, these shall be borne by the customer.
